KEKROPS SA, pursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation and in the context of timely and proper notification of the investor community, announces its Financial Calendar for the fiscal year 2022:
- Release of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2021 and post on the company’s website (www.kekrops.gr) and on the ATHEX website (www.helex.gr): Thursday April 28th, 2022.
- Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting: Wednesday June 29th, 2022
The Company will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2021.
The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation.
