- Release of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year 2019 and post on the company’s website (www.kekrops.gr) and on the ATHEX website (www.helex.gr): Wednesday June 10th, 2020.
- Annual analysts’ briefing on the company’s financial results for the Fiscal Year 2019 (Press Release): Wednesday June 10, 2020
- Shareholders’ Annual General Meeting: Tuesday July 7th, 2020
The Company will not distribute dividend for the fiscal year 2019.
The Company reserves the right to modify the above dates, after informing the investor community in good time with an amendment to the present, in accordance with the provisions of the Hellenic Exchanges’ Regulation.
