KEKROPS S.A. (hereinafter the Company), following our previous statements concerning the issue of the disputed area of approximately 300,000 m2 in the district of Paleo Psychiko (known as Latomeio) by the Greek State, hereby notify that: the Petition filed with the Supreme Court (on 6th December 2019) by the Greek State against Decision nr. 3039/2019 of the Athens Court of Appeal (by which, as has already been publicized, the Company’s Appeal has been accepted), will be heard on the 23rd of September 2020.
The Company will inform the public on any further developments regarding the case.
