Following several previous statements made by KEKROPS SA on the issue of our real property disputed by the Greek State: in the wake of  Decision nr. 589/2018 of the Supreme Court, the Athens Court of Appeal (three-membered, Section B) issued Decision nr. 3029/2019, according to which KEKROPS’ appeal, as well as all interventions on its behalf, were accepted, and the Greek State’s claims dismissed.
